This week on Open Air, host David Latulippe talks with San Francisco choreographer Margaret Jenkins and her long-time collaborator composer Paul Dresher,about the 40th Anniversary Season of the Margaret Jenkins Dance Companyat the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts;  Artistic Directors KT Nelson and Brenda Way discuss the ODC Downtown season, also at Yerba Buena;  San Francisco playwright Lauren Gundersonreturns to KALW to share details about the SF Playhouse world premiere of her play Bauer, which tells the fascinating story of early abstract painter Rudolf Bauer(1889-1953), a major influence on modern artists like Jackson Pollock and Willem de Kooning.
