We sent KALW producers Jeremy Dalmas and Liz Mak to find out. They've got a new series, "The Cutaway," which looks at subcultures around the Bay Area. In June, they spent the weekend at theHIGH TIMES Cannabis Cup at San Francisco's Cow Palace to find out who exactly goes to these conventions – and why.
