This week on Open Air host David Latulippe has conversations with conductor Matilda Hofman about the upcoming performances by the Left Coast Chamber Players of Kurt Rohde's chamber opera Death with Interruptions; conductor Dawn Harms of the Bay Area Rainbow Symphony stops by  to talk about this weekend’s concert with music by Brahms, Weber and Marko Bajzer (b. 1989); ODC Dance artistic directors Brenda Way and KT Nelson share details about “Dead Reckoning”, a new choreography by  KT Nelson, created in close collaboration with cellist Joan Jeanrenaud, which is part of the 44th season of ODC/Dance Downtown; and regular contributor and critic at large Peter Robinson has a closer look at St. Patrick’s Day and wonders what it means to be Irish.
