Catherine Hardwicke made her directorial debut with the movie "Thirteen" in 2003, and attained blockbuster status directing "Twilight" in 2008. Hardwicke's latest film is "Miss You Already," starring Drew Barrymore and Toni Colette. And this wasn't even her first career.
