Ranching and farming are not easy ways to make a living. Nancy Prebilich knows just how hard it is. During the recent recession she fought to save her family’s fifth-generation Sonoma County farm from foreclosure. A new documentary screening at the 14th annual San Francisco DocFest this weekend followed Prebilich over the course of the recent five year recession as she struggled to keep Gleason Ranch afloat. Prebilich came to KALW’s studio along with filmmaker Morgan Schmidt-Feng to talk about the new film with KALW’s Rachel Dornhelm.
