Pacific Gas & Electric put a historic worker exchange into effect, sending 100 linemen from the Peninsula and East Bay to help restore power for thousands of customers in Florida.
KALW's Ben Trefny speaks with PG&E's Mayra Tostado about the agreement, who takes part, and how the crew hunkered down to weather the storm.
