Radio Poets 2017: Chloe Price

Chloe Price

"Life in Mexico"

Chloe Price, Moscone Elementary

Mexico is green and also glorious

Food is my dream

I love it so much I want to die in food.

Nachos are gooey but good.

Here is what I like:

Enchiladas made by my mom

Tacos from the truck

Tamales stuffed with chicken and love.

YUM YUM YUM

I am flexible like the waves.

I like chopsticks to pick my Chinese food.

I was born in the creek of Walnuts.

Even though I do not like walnuts or creeks!

WHY WHY WHY was I born in this weird place?

Mexico is green and glorious.

I am a DIFFERENT type of Mexico.

I don’t look like every type of Mexican.

Is there a type?!

I look like something!

Maybe my dad?

Or mom?

Is my dog Mexican?

WE CAN ALL BE MEXICAN! WHO CARES!

My family is my friend.

The USA is my coach. America SCORES is my playground!

Airs on KALW Friday, April 21st at 3:18pm & 8:58pm
