This week, we’ll host a debate about Proposition 10, which would repeal the 1995 Costa-Hawkins Rental Housing Act. Costa-Hawkinsprevents local governments from expanding rent control laws. We'll also discuss the history Costa-Hawkins and find out what is being done to ease the state's housing affordability crisis.
