This week, we’ll discuss rent control measures on the ballot in Burlingame, San Mateo, Mountain View, Oakland, Alameda, and Richmond. We'll also go over some of the 789 bills on California Governor Jerry Brown's desk. He has until September 30th to sign or veto them.
