Your Call: How Trump's global gag rule will affect women worldwide

We're marking International Women's Day by speaking with with Françoise Girard, president of the International Women's Health Coalition, about Donald Trump’s executive order expanding the global gag rule.

The policy prohibits the use of US funds for international family planning agencies that either provide abortion-related services or even mention the word abortion. Girard says this will lead to an increase in unintended pregnancies and unsafe abortions worldwide.
