On the June 30th edition of Your Call, we’ll have a conversation about the explosion of the tech industry. Billion dollar companies were once rare.  Today, there are more than 50 billion dollar companies in Silicon Valley, with more added every other week.

It's been reported many times that the technology industry is dominated by men. In fact, only 1 in 4 tech workers are women. Women hold only 9% of management positions, and account for only 14 percent of senior management positions at Silicon Valley startups.
