Host Alan Farley talks with composer and conductor Esa-Pekka Salonen, who is leading the San Francisco Symphony this week in a program will include his violin concerto, and with musicologist Scott Fogelsong, who will play some rare archival recordings of the orchestra, on the day that marks the 100th anniversary of the symphony's first concert.
