This week, we’ll discuss coverage of the nationwide crackdown and arrest of over 3000 undocumented immigrants, which has received little media scrutiny. We’ll also talk about the Raid on Oaksterdam in Oakland, and the UN pressuring Syria and the opposition to end all violence by April 12. We’ll be joined by independent journalist Valeria Fernandez, freelance journalist David Downs, and The Financial Times’ Borzou Daraghahi joins us from Beirut. The Syrian city of Homs has seen some of the worst violence in the government's crackdown against opposition activists and armed fighters in the country. BBC reporter Paul Wood and his team managed to slip into Homs as the bombardment of the city was getting underway.
